The staff at this hotel were super friendly and helpful. The room we stayed in was elegant and clean, with fluffy towels and comfortable bedding. The location of the hotel was great, situated in a quieter area but still close to everything we wanted to explore.

One negative aspect was the spotty WiFi connection. It worked most of the time, but there were a few instances when it was a bit unreliable.

I had such a fantastic experience staying at this truly special boutique hotel. From the moment I walked in, I was treated like family. As a family of four, we needed extra space and the staff went above and beyond by offering us one of their offsite rooms just around the corner. Although it was hard leaving the charming boutique location, the room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. It couldn't have been more perfect!

The venue is quaint with best staff, breakfast is extensive, magnificent location close enough to the Sant'Angelo stop to make it convenient for the airport. The room is great modern and the bed is exceptionally comfortable. The canal view from the window is great!
